Unlike other back pain relief devices, the Bax-si is the only device designed specifically to unlock the sacroiliac (SI) joints.  The gel wave heads gently open the SI joints to relieve pressure and pain in your lower back, buttocks, legs and feet.

No.  Use the level 1 green gel wave head when you first start using the Bax-si.  Once you get comfortable using the green gel wave head try the blue gel wave head. If the pressure is too intense go back to using the green gel wave head.

Yes. We purposefully created the device with two removable gel wave heads with different levels of firmness to allow multiple people with varying levels of pain tolerance to use the same device.

The Bax-si base is made of an injection molded PBT plastic material. The two gel wave heads are made of silicon.

You should feel less pressure in your back and your leg will feel lighter on the side you used the Bax-si. Use it on a regular basis to feel the full impact of pain relief.

Yes, it is.  The burning is the releasing of tight ligaments and fascia around the SI joint. Burning is different to pain. This burning should reduce with ongoing pressure.  If the burning sensation becomes too uncomfortable move back to the previous position and work your way up to position four.

Initially, you do not need to go through all four positions to feel relief. This is not a race. Using the Baxsi regularly will loosen up your sacroiliac allowing you to transition through all four positions.   If you never get to the fourth position do not worry.  You can get results from using it in any of the four positions.

It is safe to place the device directly on your bare back unless you are allergic to silicon.   Please see next question for those allergic to silicon.

Wear a thin shirt that covers your entire lower back so the gel wave head does not directly touch your skin.  Do not try to use this device while wearing jeans or pants with thicker material.  It will not work properly.  

The Bax-si has been designated an FSA and/or HSA eligible product by SIGIS (Special Interest Group for IIAS Standards).  Our payment methods should enable you to purchase the Bax-si with your FSA and/or HSA credit card.  If you have an issue with the purchase using your FSA/HSA credit card, you can submit a reimbursement request with your FSA/HSA claims administrator.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the Bax-si you can return it for a full refund of the price you paid for the product within 30 days of receipt of the product (excluding any shipping costs).    Please click here for returns. To be eligible for a return the product must be in “like-new” condition and in the original packaging.

Baxsi devices come with a one year limited warranty for any manufacturing defects. If your Baxsi product stops functioning correctly within one year from the date of purchase due to a defect in material or workmanship, we will repair or replace the product free of charge after a little inspection. We’ll also cover the shipping costs if you need to send your device back to us for a repair.

This warranty excludes:
(a)   Damage caused by accident, abuse, mishandling, or transport
(b)   Units taken out of the US
(c)   Units subjected to unauthorized repair
(d)   Units not used in accordance with Baxsi care instructions
(e)   Damage exceeding the cost of the product
(f)    Deterioration of the delivered product resulting from abnormal storage and/or safeguarding conditions on the client’s premises
(g)   Failure to provide the dated proof of purchase.
(h)   Products purchased from an unauthorized retailer.
(i) Cosmetic damage caused my normal wear and tear such as scratches.

Please do not try and repair products yourself, as this will void your warranty.

Expedited shipping in the Continental US (2 days) is $19.95 for each Bax-si ordered.

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 in the continental US for the first Bax-si and $4.95 for each additional Bax-si purchased in same order.

International Shipping Fees:
Canada - $25 regular shipping, $40 2-day shipping (if available)
Europe - $30 regular shipping, $50 2-day shipping (if available)

International customers outside of the continental US and Canada will pay all shipping costs. International customers may be required to pay customs. If you are an international customer, you may be contacted by FedEx or UPS or your local customs authorities asking for payment to have your order processed through customs. Once you make the payment to the customs broker, your order will be processed for delivery.

Orders will ship from our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days of the order date. We cannot guarantee package delivery time. Transit times can be delayed for reasons outside of our control.

If the product is returned to us due to an incorrect address on file, please go here to request a new package delivery or refund. Packages resent are subject to a $10 fee to cover shipping costs.
